Wesam lets businesses hire AI agents, connect tools, and publish agents. By using Wesam, you accept these terms. Organization representatives must have authority to accept them.
Accounts & responsible use
Protect your login details and oversee account activity. Use Wesam lawfully; do not compromise systems, infringe rights, bypass access controls, or misuse service limits. Review agent actions and results before relying on them.
Your content
Your content remains yours. You authorize Wesam to process it to operate and improve the service. Only submit information you have permission to use; sensitive data requires an appropriate agreement.
Connected services
External tools and AI providers have separate policies and limits. Wesam does not control their operation or results.
Billing & changes
Paid plans include the fees and usage charges presented when purchasing. Unless agreed otherwise, fees exclude taxes and are nonrefundable. Features, prices, and terms may change; material changes will receive reasonable notice.
Availability & liability
The service is supplied as available, without guaranteed accuracy or uninterrupted access. Where legally permitted, warranties and liability for indirect losses are excluded.
